Ebenezer is a visionary leader and dynamic business analysis professional with hands-on experience in requirements elicitation and analysis, solution delivery, digital transformation, product management business process re-engineering, business systems analysis and cloud architecture.

In addition to his technical acumen, Ebenezer is deeply committed to leadership and capacity building. He actively mentors and develops team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

He has a passion for excellence, leadership and capacity building while seeking to give back to the community through professional development.

Secretary

<Patience Kanu>

Patience is an accomplished Business Analyst with over a decade of experience specializing in requirement engineering, digital transformation, and business transformation across the Wholesale and Retail Trade industry as well as the Financial sector. 
 
She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management and is renowned for her exceptional communication and motivational skills. Passionate about team building and dedicated to excellence, Patience consistently drives success in all her projects.

<William Semahah>

William Semahah is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Change Management across both public and private sectors. He holds an MBA and several industry certifications, including Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Throughout his career, William has demonstrated a strong ability to lead technology implementations, facilitate effective workshops, and achieve significant cost savings for organizations. His expertise spans various project management methodologies, making him a versatile and effective leader in driving projects to successful completion.

Vice President (VP) Communications & Marketing 

<Aderonke Ladi-Awotinde>

Aderonke is a Certified Business Analyst with over a decade of experience in diverse industries such as IT consulting, manufacturing, marketing communication, and investment banking. She holds a first degree in Computer Science and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Technology Management from the University of New Brunswick.

Aderonke leverages her extensive experience in marketing and communication, along with her passion for fostering an informed business analysis community, in her role as Marketing and Communication Director.

 

Vice President (VP) Professional Development 

<Edward Almonte>

Edward is a Data and Business Analyst with a passion for writing about personal and professional development. He aims to help others increase their emotional intelligence to achieve their goals.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University Catholic Santo Domingo, a BBA with a concentration in International Business from ACSENDA School of Management, and an MBA from Haroun Venture Education. Edward has several years of experience as a Training Program Coordinator in production and logistics companies.

His favorite topics include Business Analysis, Business Opportunities, and Personal and Professional Development.

Shivani transitioned from a quality assurance background to business analysis, bringing valuable experience from working in multiple lines of business.
 
Shivani is passionate about developing her skills in business analysis and aspires to achieve the CBAP certification in the future. She is also dedicated to community service.

<Adeola Oludipe>

Adeola Oludipe is an accomplished Business Systems Analyst with over seven years of experience across IT, finance, banking, e-commerce, and public sectors. She excels at aligning business requirements with innovative technology solutions, ensuring seamless system integration and enhanced efficiency.

Adeola holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science, a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology - Business Analysis, and an Executive MBA. Her commitment to continuous learning is evident through her advanced certifications, including CBAP, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master, and Salesforce Administration Certification. She actively participates in industry conferences and workshops to stay at the forefront of her field.

Outside of work, Adeola is passionate about volunteering, biking, and exploring culinary experiences. Her extensive expertise and dedication to excellence make her an invaluable asset to any team.
